All 'Round Property Services typically works at the early and most critical stages of a project. Our role is to ensure the land is stable, properly graded and ready for construction or landscaping.
We are often called in to solve drainage issues, correct grading problems and address water runoff concerns. Many projects involve hauling and placing large volumes of fill dirt, stone or other materials to create a solid, functional foundation.
Hauling and Dump Truck Services
In addition to site work, All 'Round Property Services provides custom hauling services. With multiple dump trucks in our fleet, we can haul a wide range of materials, including dirt, sand, driveway stone, concrete, asphalt and boulders.
If it fits in a dump truck, we can haul it. We also support local agricultural operations by hauling materials such as corn and soybeans when needed. Our hauling services are flexible and designed to keep projects moving efficiently.
Commercial and Community Projects
All 'Round Property Services is proud to work with Habitat for Humanity in Stark County and surrounding areas, providing rough and final grading for many home builds. While other contractors handle land clearing and basement excavation, we step in at key points to prepare the site and complete grading once construction is underway.
